When you request a download or contact us: your name, email address, company name, and anything you write in the message. We use it to send you the download link, to answer you, and to send occasional product updates you can unsubscribe from.
When you use the software: the licence check sends a machine identifier and, if you have one, your licence key to our licence server, so we can start or verify your trial or licence. We record the date of that check.
Website analytics: aggregate page-view statistics with no cookies and no individual tracking.
The software runs entirely on your machine. Your project descriptions, source code, designs, documents and generated artefacts stay on your hardware. They are never sent to us. Requests to your model provider go directly from your machine to that provider under your own API key, and are governed by your agreement with them.
We use service providers to run the website, deliver email and process payments. They act on our instructions and receive only what they need. [List providers.]
